Fairy Flavor Festival took place at the charming Sirkeci Train Station with its historical atmosphere and was the scene of unforgettable moments. The organization started with a special panel where the themes of Turkish cuisine and the journey of food were discussed.
In the panel moderated by Pelin Batu, historian Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı, gastronomy expert Sinem Özler, Arçelik Turkey CMO Mehmet Tüfekçi and P&G Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asia Region CMO Özge Erdem impressively addressed the historical and environmental dimensions of food culture. While listening to the informative sharing of valuable speakers, participants had the opportunity to rediscover the impact of cuisine on cultural heritage and the future.


Fairy Flavor Festival, which started after the panel, offered unique tastes and experiences to its guests in specially designed areas. As an important part of this special experience, a unique time wall, prepared under the consultancy of Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı and telling the thousands of years of journey of food in Anatolian geography, was exhibited.
This creative exhibition revealed the transformations and cultural richness experienced in Anatolian cuisine throughout the centuries. Participants embarked on a historical journey and explored the story of the cuisine from past to present in depth.

In this organization that we have been carrying out with great pleasure and care for the last 10 years, there was a special excitement this year for the 50th anniversary. The magnificent dance show, especially prepared in honor of the 50th anniversary, left its mark on the night.
